Paddlesport Risk Management, LLC is a licensed insurance agent. Providing paddlesport insurance services in all 50 US States including Washington DC.
The administrators of Paddlesport Risk Management, LLC have over 40 years of experience participating in canoe, kayak, outrigger & dragon boat racing, and cruises and INSURING these types of events throughout the United States. We have the knowledge and experience to be considered experts in this field.

Paddlesport Risk Management, LLC was formed by Larry and Maria Liquori because of their love of paddle sports, Larry's years of expertise and knowledge of most types of paddling sports and the growing need for competitive liability insurance coverage.
Having administrated programs for other organizations for more than 30 years, Larry and Maria were approached by many paddling clubs and event organizers asking for help with their insurance needs. As a result Paddlesport Risk Management, LLC was born. Larry will make himself available to any paddle sports organization to help with their risk management either in person, via conference call, skype or any other means of communication.

Trained staff always responds immediately to all requests for coverage, even the day before an event. They will answer your questions and go out of their way to make sure your event is a success and satisfy your concerns about the coverage so that you can enjoy your sport with peace of mind.


Larry Liquori is the President of Paddlesport Risk Management, LLC. He has participated in paddlesport events for more than 35 years. He is a past member of New York Outrigger and competed with them in world renound events - Moloka'i Hoe outrigger race and Queen Lili'uokalani Outrigger race in Hawaii and the Hawaiian Liberty World Outrigger Challenge in NYC . He has also paddled in many marathon canoe races including the world famous General Clinton Regatta; Adirondack Classic 90-Miler; Blackburn Challenge and the Run of the Charles.

Larry is an alumnus of Brown University having majored in Political Science. He is also a licensed insurance broker since 1974 and Certified Insurance Counselor since 1990. Larry is the longest current serving board member of the Kings Park Chamber of Commerce since 1976 and the Vice Chairman of the Smithtown Conservation Board since 1982.
His parent company Jacka-Liquori Agency, Inc has been in operation since 1932. It administrates sports programs for United States Dragon Boat Federation, International Cultural Exchange and up until 2012 was the administrator for the United States Canoe Association insurance program for over 20 years having served on their board and was president for two 2 year terms. His highly trained and capable staff now administers the Paddlesport Risk Management, LLC. program.
