THE CLUB LIABILITY PROGRAM IS FOR CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS OR SMALL GROUPS.  YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE NON PROFIT STATUS IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM.  IT IS NOT FOR RENTALS OR PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAMS.  FOR RENTALS PLEASE USE THE OUTFITTERS AND GUIDES TAB ABOVE.

 

Paddlesport Risk Management, LLC (PRM) uses the power of buying in quantity, via a Risk Purchasing Group, a Risk Purchasing Group is a legal entity that allows a group of unassociated businesses with similar risk profiles to join together to take advantage of a joint insurance purchase.  The program was established under the Federal Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986.  

PRM's goal is to help protect you; your club; association or organization by providing risk management solutions,  assessing and addressing the perils that pose risks to your club, event or sport  and to promote paddle sports in general.

A.M Best rated A+​ Insurance Companies - Aggregate Limits are per club or event and are not shared.

  • Products Completed Operations Aggregate          $​3,000,000​  

  • Personal & Advertising Injury                                    $3,000,000

  • Damage to Premises Rented to you                            $300,000

  • Premises Medical Payments                                              $5,000 

  • Legal Liability to Participants                                    $1,000,000

  • Crisis Response - each crisis event/agg                        $25,000 

  • Non-Owned & Hired Auto Liability - (10)                 $1,000,000

  • Participant Accident/Medical (Excess)             $5,000/$25,000​  any one person/aggregate

IF YOUR CLUB OR EVENT IS REQUIRED TO CARRY HIGHER LIMITS EXCESS LIABILTIY IS AVAILAB  FOR ADDITIONAL PREMIUM.  PREMIUM FOR $1MILLION EXCESS $1,700
